TM047NDH03 is an original a-Si TN TFT-LCD module developed by Tianma Microelectronics. This 4.7-inch widescreen panel features native WQVGA resolution 480(RGB)×272 with standard 16:9 landscape aspect ratio. Adopting transmissive normally white TN technology and edge-lit WLED backlight, it comes with a 40-pin single-channel 8-bit parallel RGB FPC interface.

Although this model has reached end of mass production, it remains a popular replacement screen for legacy portable navigation devices, portable multimedia players and small embedded equipment. The module delivers stable optical performance, compact outline and wide operating temperature range. Q2: What interface does this panel adopt? Can eDP / LVDS driver boards drive it?

A2: It uses 40-pin single channel 8-bit parallel RGB interface. It cannot be driven directly by LVDS or eDP controller boards; a dedicated parallel RGB driver board is required.

Q3: Does this LCD come with touch screen?

A3: Standard TM047NDH03 bare LCM has no built-in touch. Resistive or capacitive touch overlay can be bonded externally upon request.

Q4: Is the backlight driver integrated on the module?
