  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Delivery Time (Transit Time): 5–10 business days after processing.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) will be processed the same day.

  • Shipping Area: This policy is specific to deliveries within Singapore.

  • No shipping on weekends or national holidays in China.


2. Possible Shipping Delays:

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. External factors such as customs clearance, local courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or incorrect address information may cause delays. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. The tracking link will be active within 24 hours. You can track your shipment directly using this link. If you need help, our customer service team is here to assist.


4. Taxes, Duties & Customs:

Prices listed on our website do not include taxes or import duties. Depending on Singapore customs regulations, additional fees may apply at the time of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if something is missing, contact us immediately. Keep the original packaging and product for any claim process.

7. Changing the Delivery Address:

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
