KOE TX14D24VM1BPA is a 5.7-inch QVGA built-in resistive touch wide temperature industrial-grade TFT-LCD module launched by KOE Co., Ltd. (formerly Hitachi Display Business), adopting Hitachi's COG (Chip On Glass) technology for extremely high integration and reliability. This product adopts a 4:3 standard square screen ratio design with native 320(RGB)×240 QVGA resolution and 70PPI pixel density. It features 360cd/m² typical brightness and 600:1 high contrast ratio, supporting a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, and passing 2.0G vibration test and 50G shock test, specially designed for harsh industrial environments.
TX14D24VM1BPA adopts awith built-in LED driver circuit, no additional backlight dr 3S5P WLED edge-lit backlight system iver board required, and the backlight life is up to 50,000 hours. The signal interface is a 40-pin single-channel 6-bit parallel RGB interface supporting 262K color display. It has a built-in 4-wire resistive touch screen, and the surface is treated with 3H hardness anti-glare matte coating. With an overall thickness of only 10.7mm and a weight of about 220g, its ultra-thin and lightweight design makes it easy to integrate into industrial equipment with limited space.
