NV173FHM-N45 is an original a-Si ADS TFT-LCD module produced by BOE Technology Group. This 17.3-inch FHD display features native resolution of 1920(RGB)×1080 with standard 16:9 widescreen ratio. Adopting ADS (Advanced Dimension Switching) technology, it delivers symmetrical wide viewing angle, consistent color reproduction and stable optical performance.

Equipped with integrated edge-type WLED backlight and 40-pin 4-lane eDP 1.4 interface, this panel is widely adopted for mainstream 17.3-inch notebook computers, portable monitors and embedded display equipment. The module applies anti-glare matte surface with 3H hard coating to resist scratches and ambient light reflection. Q1: Is NV173FHM-N45 genuine original BOE LCD panel?

A1: Yes. NV173FHM-N45 is official mass-produced ADS TFT-LCD module from BOE. We supply Grade A tested panels fully consistent with BOE official datasheet parameters.

Q2: What interface does this panel adopt? Can I use 30-pin eDP driver board?

A2: It uses 40-pin 4-lane eDP 1.4. It cannot work directly with 30-pin 2-lane eDP driver boards. Please confirm connector pin definition before matching.

Q3: Matte or glossy surface?

A3: Standard NV173FHM-N45 is anti-glare matte surface with 3H hard coating. Glossy version is not available for this model.

Q4: Can NV173FHM-N45 interchange with NV173FHM-N4G / NV173FHM-N4F?

A4: They share identical resolution and size, but differ in pin assignment, lane quantity and optical parameters. Direct replacement is not recommended without pin-to-pin verification.

Q5: Does this screen support 144Hz high refresh rate?

A5: Native fixed refresh rate is 60Hz. Overclocking to higher refresh rate is not supported.

Q6: Is it suitable for 7×24 hours uninterrupted industrial operation?

A6: This panel is designed for consumer notebook and commercial daily usage. For continuous 7×24 industrial operation, extra heat dissipation optimization is required.

Q7: Is the backlight driver built-in?

A7: Yes. The module integrates built-in WLED driver circuit; no extra constant current LED driver board is needed.
