Does this display module come with a touchscreen?

The standard AT070TN90 is a pure LCD panel and does not include touch functionality. However, many suppliers on the market sell "complete" modules that include an additional resistive or capacitive touch panel attached. Please check the product description when purchasing.

What devices is this screen commonly used for? Is it compatible with Raspberry Pi?

It's commonly found in portable navigation devices, industrial control systems, embedded devices, and some consumer electronics. It cannot connect directly to a Raspberry Pi. A dedicated LCD driver board (often with HDMI or DSI input) is required to convert the Raspberry Pi's signal to the LVDS signal that the screen can understand.

What type of backlight does the display have and how is it driven?
