1. Warranty scope: three months (from the date of receipt of the order)

2. If you need warranty service, please contact our customer service email service@zylcdshop.com and provide your product order number, detailed description of warranty issues, videos or photos. After receiving the application for warranty service, we will process it within 1-3 working days. After the application is approved, please send the product to the address in the confirmation email.

3. Warranty shipping instructions

Warranty (including customized products): 

①The shipping cost of sending the product to the merchant is borne by the buyer.

②We will pay for the freight of the products sent out.
