TCL CSOT's Vietnam base has achieved mass production and shipment of IT products
Recently, TCL CSOT's Vietnam base officially achieved mass production and shipment of IT products. This event not only marks a key progress in TCL CSOT's strategic upgrade of its global layout from "single-point driving" to "multi-dimensional resonance", but also plays a crucial role in further enhancing its competitive advantage in the global market.
As TCL CSOT's second overseas production hub after its Indian base, the Vietnam base project has consistently followed the "TCL CSOT speed" from its inception to the commencement of production capacity: the company's main registration was completed in December 2024, the cleanroom construction and acceptance and the relocation of core production equipment were completed simultaneously in March 2025, and it officially achieved mass production capability in June of the same year.In terms of capacity planning, TCL CSOT's Vietnam base precisely focuses on the core needs of the IT field, guided by the strategy of agility and lightweight design. It has set up one monitor (MNT) line and one notebook (NB) module line, with an annual capacity of 4.8M and backlight in-house capability. This enables collaborative production from key components to finished modules and is also an important foothold for TCL CSOT's global supply chain layout and Vietnam market layout.Meanwhile, TCL CSOT's Vietnam factory has successfully passed RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) certification and ISO9001 quality management system certification, fully aligning with international standards in social responsibility, production standards, and quality control. This not only lays a solid foundation for compliance in serving global customers but also further ensures stable supply chain delivery and product quality delivery.In addition to its IT production lines, TCL CSOT is actively evaluating plans to expand its multi-product line production layout in Vietnam. This move aims to further improve its global supply chain and build a more efficient and flexible international production structure—optimizing regional capacity to more precisely serve global customers while enhancing the company's international competitiveness and market responsiveness.As a key node in its overseas delivery network, TCL CSOT's Vietnam base primarily serves internationally renowned brand clients. Through localized production and delivery, it not only shortens the supply chain cycle but also transforms the resilience of the supply chain into tangible delivery guarantees that customers can feel.
