Recently, the Sanyue Science and Technology Comprehensive Technology R&D Center and New Optoelectronic Materials High-end Production Base project, located in Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Wuxi City, officially opened, injecting new momentum into the development of the optoelectronic information industry in the whole district.

Founded in 2013, Jiangsu Sanyue Technology Co., Ltd. primarily engages in the research, development, production, and sales of OLED display materials and flexible electronic functional materials. Since its inception, the company has continuously increased its R&D investment, establishing a domestically leading R&D system. It has accumulated 1,176 published invention patents, 581 authorized invention patents, 47 PCT patent applications, and 15 international patent applications. Its proprietary patented materials are already being supplied in batches to major domestic panel manufacturers and are widely used in smart terminal products from Xiaomi, Huawei, and other companies. This new achievement in the industrialization of p-TSF materials by Sanyue Technology stems from a long-term industry-academia-research collaboration with Professor Duan Lian's team at Tsinghua University.

The March Technology Comprehensive Technology R&D Center and High-end Production Base for New Optoelectronic Materials, which has now commenced operation, represents a total investment of 530 million yuan and covers approximately 30 acres. It will gradually develop into a production base with an annual output of 30 tons of OLED materials. Simultaneously, a comprehensive technology R&D center will be established to conduct technological research and development in areas such as OLED materials, PI flexible display materials, lithium battery materials, and semiconductor photoresists. Upon reaching full production capacity, it is expected to achieve annual sales of 800 million yuan.

According to reports, the base integrates a molecular design laboratory, intelligent production line and device verification center, and will realize flexible production of materials from gram-level to ton-level, create a world-leading R&D pilot platform, connect the entire chain of "basic research - material development - panel application", cultivate a group of compound talents who "understand technology, are familiar with the market and are good at innovation", and build a collaborative innovation ecosystem for the industrial chain.
