Q1: Is the LQ10D368 SHARP 10.4-inch display still available as brand new? How long does shipping take?
A1:The LQ10D368 is an early classic industrial panel from SHARP. Although officially discontinued by the original factory, it is an “evergreen” product in the industrial market. We have stable batches of original new old stock (NOS) through global channels. Small samples can usually be shipped from our domestic warehouse within 1-3 business days. For bulk orders (hundreds of pieces), it may take 2-3 weeks to transfer from overseas temperature/humidity-controlled warehouses. Please confirm real-time stock with our sales team before placing a bulk order.
Q2:Are there any special protective measures for packaging and shipping this older 10.4-inch industrial display?
A2:Yes. The LQ10D368 uses CCFL backlight tubes, which are extremely fragile; logistics bumps can easily cause the tubes to break, ruining the backlight. Therefore, in addition to standard anti-static bags and blister trays, we add extra-thick shock-absorbing sponge around the edges of the screen (especially near the backlight area). We use a “floating” packing method to ensure the panel does not shift at all inside the heavy-duty carton. For bulk export orders, wooden boxes or non-fumigation pallets are strictly used.
